What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile picture. When you connect a Google Calendar, we store an access token to read your free/busy status and create calendar events on your behalf. We do not read the contents of your calendar events.

How we use your data

• Display your availability to people booking meetings with you
• Create Google Calendar events when you accept a booking
• Send email notifications about booking requests and confirmations

What we share

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Resend for transactional emails, and Vercel for hosting. These services process data on our behalf.

Google API usage

Ketchuply's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

Your data is stored as long as you have an account. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
