The service

Ketchuply is a scheduling tool that lets you share your availability and receive booking requests. By using Ketchuply, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for all activity under your Ketchuply account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Availability

We aim to keep Ketchuply available but do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ketchuply and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed meetings or scheduling errors.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
